Q : How is your after-sales service ?
1. We have warranty term:
Electric bike : 24 months for the frame, motor, battery, charger, 12 months for controller;
Sedna: 6 months for the motor, battery, charger, 3 months for the controller;
2. For the Quality claim:
We provide green light channel, once you have any problem, we will provide new parts and solve the problem first.
After that, we will need problem details like photo, video, frame No. pls see our claim sheet, you can fill it and send back to us.We will analyze and prevention from future production;
3. We will provide bike BOM with detail pics to you.
To sure you will solve the problem for you customers at once when they meet problems, we suggest you to order some easy wearing parts together with bike order. (Here are the easy wearing parts list with detail percentage for your reference). Because it takes around 7days at least from we send new parts to you, while you have parts in stock, you can send to your customer first, then we send to you to save time and improve the efficiency.
